- Do I need a prescription for all your products?
Yes, for any compounded medications, a valid prescription is required. However, we have a supply of select supplements that are a great addition to certain treatments and they may be purchased without a prescription. Consult with a pharmacist to find out if any of these would be beneficial to you.
- Which allergies or ingredient sensitivities are you able to accomodate?
One of the greatest benefits of compounded medicine is that it is entirely personalized to fit your needs. Speak to a pharmacist today about your needs and how we can accommodate your allergies or sensitivities.
- I do not have any refills left, are you able to contact my physician for more?
Yes, we can reach out to your doctor for additional refills. However, certain medications and/or physicians require that you speak to your provider before any prescription is filled.
- Do you offer automatic refills?
Yes, please speak to a team member to subscribe for automatic refills.
- Are you able to fill out of state prescriptions?
It varies by state and medication guidelines. Please contact a pharmacist to learn more about your specific requirements.
- Is compounding safe for children, or if you are pregnant/nursing?
Yes, the great thing about compounded medications is that they are tailored to your specific needs. In fact, you may have more options for safe treatments using compounded medications.
- Which dosing methods are possible with compounding?
Capsules, creams, gelatin troches, tinctures, tablets, nasal sprays, and suppositories. However, we are always looking for ways to improve or expand our services. If you need a different dosing method, please call us to discuss it further.
- Do you do sterile compounding and/or injectables?
Our lab does not currently offer sterile compounding services or injectables.
- Do you accept insurance?
We do not currently work with insurance carriers, however, all prescriptions come with a “Universal Claim Form”. If your current provider covers compounded medication, you can use the aforementioned to request a refund for your medication costs.
- Do you accept flex card payments?
Yes, we accept all valid forms of payment.
- Which shipping service do you use?
We use UPS for all standard orders. However, exceptions can be made for patients who require United States Postal Services only.
- Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently offer international shipping services.
- Am I able to pick up my prescriptions in person?
Yes, you are able to pick up your prescription in person. However, please call ahead of time to coordinate a pick-up.
